Plan Of Action

Usage​

  • 討論實際可行行動，並訂定行動的方法論。

步驟​

  1. 針對問題，每個成員盡可能的寫下可能的解決方案。
    1. 格式統一如下:

  1. 成員組成 pair ，相互解釋討論自己所想出的行動(actions)。 選出 3~5 個較重要的 。
  2. Pair + Pair 組成 4 人 pair。 重複 討論與解釋 Actions，精簡成 3~5 個。
  3. 重複上述步驟(8,16人)直到變成整組討論。最終 留下 3 個 最佳或最重要的 Actions。
  4. 把 Team 所選出的 Actions 寫在白板或掛報上。讓大家可以看到，且於下一個(next) sprint 中 採用。
  5. 檢討 再隔次(next, next) Sprint 的 retrospective 中，討論前次的 Action 執行成果。移除已完成或無效的行動，並添加新的行動。
